This promotion is open only to current and future customers of Precision Sports Statistics Inc.

To earn credits, you MUST enter the fogdog.com site via one of the fogdog links on our our website. If you go directly to fogdog.com, or use one of your bookmarks to go there, your purchase will not qualify.

You will earn a $5.00 credit for every $100.00 of product purchased from the fogdog.com website. The credit applies to product only, and not sales tax and shipping.

You must send us an email within 30 days of your purchase with your name, email address, league #, date of purchase, and what was ordered from fogdog.

You will receive a credit confirmation number within 7 days of receipt of the your email. The credit will be available within 90 days. It can be applied to any current and/or future league any time after the credit is available.

No cash payments will be made. Only credits towards Precision Sports Statistics leagues.
